All you need to do is contact us via live chat or email support@dogamous.co.nz to get the ball rolling. Please ensure the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for products returned after 14 days

Any Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment for the order minus the shipping cost if applicable. You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.
